One of the very first blogs I followed when I joined Tumblr (nearly three years ago!!) was The Tao of Dana. She is really the first person to introduce me to feng shui — and to the idea that you can apply it to your everyday life. The Tao of Dana is a little sunshiney ray of happiness on the Internet. Check out her blog for a daily dose of positivity!
I started my blog because…I wanted to try to help people see life a bit differently…
My favorite place in the world is…with my puppy bob
I most admire…great teachers.
I spend my Saturdays… at parties & at my Buddhist temple (NST)
The most difficult thing I have overcome is…my mom just not waking up one day.
I feel strongest when I…am in front of a group.
Right now, I am listening to…Terry McDermott who was on the Voice this past season, whose voice I could listen to endlessly. You Tube the song LIGHTSLEEPER. You’ll cry. In a good way.
I am inspired by… children discovering the world. Clients making leaps in ther lives.
I am afraid of…not trying and/or suffering from perfectionism.
My last meal would be…all chocolate.
The most influential book I read in my early 20s was…The Artist’s Way.
I can’t live without my…again, my dog Bob. And my sister. And my iPhone.
Current favorite…

When I was young, I wanted to… be an artist. I guess not just an artist… a Warholian artist. Art as a lifestyle. I suppose in a sense that’s what I’m becoming!
I never thought I would…embrace the Internet. or do half the things I’ve done.
If I could give my 21-year-old self one piece of advice, I would tell her… that there is no such thing as competition when you are a real artist- its all about your personal best way to communicate & make an impact.
I am classical when…I am in museums
I am unconventional when…you get me talking about my life story

Just saw her post on her Tumblr on my dash thanking you. It was awesome. So proud of all the great things you’re doing
