I’m really proud of myself for making it through the first month of 2013 without buying anything online (I usually have a pretty hard time restraining myself when it comes to online shopping). But all this control I’m exerting over myself is starting to take its toll on me. I’ve been making a list of things I want to get my hands on over the next few months as I acquire small amounts of extra money, so I thought I’d share it with you!
1. Francophile Feline Top (Modcloth) – I’ve really been hankering for a sassy graphic t-shirt that I can wear to SXSW over spring break. This black cat baseball tee is so cute!
2. Work lamp (IKEA) – I had the chance to tour Hable Construction‘s studio earlier this week and I was so. inspired. by Susan Hable’s eclectic and utilitarian workspace! Ever since then I’ve been craving more simplicity in my own workspace and I’d love to start with this lamp!
3. Keds Champion Basics in natural cream – Can I really justify another pair of shoes when I can’t even fit all my pairs in my shoe organizer as it is? Well, yes. Yes I can. They go with everything! …And…they’re so adorable… And..I’m an addict.
4. Vanity Fair: The Portraits: A Century of Iconic Images – It’s a beautiful coffee table book! Enough said right there.
5. Vintage brass ring (Etsy) – I’ve really been wanting to play with chunky rings. I like this one, don’t you?
I am the same way about shoes. There’s not room for more, but somehow I convince myself I need more!
